About Us

Dana Sohlberg is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology.  She has a Masters of Science Degree from McDaniel College in Counselor Education.  She has for the past fourteen years worked with adolescents and adults in community based non-profit counseling programs in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.  

Dana provides counseling and wellness services to individuals dealing with a variety issues.  She is offering an alternative to places that only offer one way of thinking.  Her philosophy includes treating the mind, body, and spirit in a way that provides a holistic and well rounded experience for anyone seeking to feel better in their day to day life, feel more confident, and to address ongoing mental health problems.  Issues such as stress management, anger, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance abuse are addressed with a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and Holistic methods such as Mindfulness, Integrative Counseling, and Hypnotherapy.
